Start off by placing 16 ounces of cherry tomatoes into a 9x13 deep baking dish (the cherubs brand is the best and sweetest). You’ll also want to add 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, along with 3 Minced garlic cloves.
Then drizzle in 1/4 cup olive oil and toss the tomatoes around so they are coated in the garlic, oil, and seasoning.
Now move the tomatoes around to leave some space in the center of the baking dish. Then place an 8-ounce block of feta cheese in the middle of the dish.
Drizzle an additional 1/4 cup of olive oil on top of the feta cheese and add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30-35 minutes.
In the meantime cook your choice of pasta in a pot of salted boiling water. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it into a colander.
After the feta and cherry tomatoes are done roasting, add 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil on top. Then use a wooden spoon to mash everything up and cream it together.
Now add the cooked pasta and toss it around to coat it in the sauce. Then garnish with more freshly chopped basil. Serve warm

Cooking Tips
Use the sweetest tomatoes- The Cherubs brand is what I used because it has the sweetest cherry tomatoes and makes the best Baked Feta Pasta.
Choose Greek feta cheese- Greek feta is made with at least 70% sheep's milk and has a creamier texture than those feta cheeses that are made with cow's milk.
Use pasta water to bind the sauce- If your sauce doesn't come together as you want, try using some pasta water at the end to bind everything together.
