Banoffee Pie
This Banoffee Pie is creamy, sweet, and utterly delicious. The crunchy crust is scrumptious with the gooey dulce de leche and bananas.

In a large bowl combine the graham cracker crumbs with the brown sugar, salt, and melted butter. Add the buttery graham cracker crumbs to a 9-inch pie dish and compress it with your clean hands. Place the crust in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
Once the crust is set, add in the dulce de leche. Smooth it out with a spatula.
Slice up the bananas and add them on top of the dulce de leche.
Now use an electric hand mixer to whisk up the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream on top of the bananas. Garnish with chocolate shavings, then slice and enjoy!
