Caprese Skewers

These Caprese Skewers are fresh, sweet, tangy, and utterly delicious. This gorgeous appetizer is easy to make the perfect thing on a warm day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 8 oz Mozzarella balls ciliengine
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze for garnish

Instructions

  • Drain the water out of the mozzarella balls. Then begin skewering on the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil onto the mini skewers.
  • For each skewers I did 2 tomatoes, 2 basil leaves, and 1 mozzarella ball. Once everything is skewered on, add salt and pepper then drizzle on balsamic glaze right before serving.
    Steps to make Caprese Skewers: skewer the tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, then drizzle with balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.
