These Cottage Cheese Chips are crispy, flavorful, and so simple. Made with just 2 ingredients, they are keto-friendly and packed with protein with very little carbs.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Scoop and dollop 1 Tbsp of the cottage cheese onto the parchment lined baking sheet. You’ll want to place each scoop about 2 inches apart. Note: Do not use low fat cottage cheese. I highly recommend using Nancys or good culture brand cottage cheese. Those worked the best for me when trying this recipe.
Flatten the cheese out (1/4 inch thick) and sprinkle the bagel seasoning on top. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or until the edges are golden and browned. Note: the bake time may vary depending on how thin you flatten out the cheese.
