Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 2 cups strawberries chopped
  • 1 honey crisp apple chopped
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped
  • 1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 6 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Make the sweet cream first. Start off by mixing the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl or large glass measuring cup, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. I use an electric hand mixer for this step.
  • Add the whipped heavy cream to the bowl our sour cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Fold the whipped cream in with a spatula. Careful not to over-mix, or the cream can lose its volume and become runny. Cover and place the cream in the fridge while you prepare the fruit.
Steps to make Creamy Fruit Salad: mix the condensed milk with the sour cream in a bowl, then whip the heavy cream and fold it in with a spatula.
  • Wash, slice and chop the fruits into similar sizes and add them to a large bowl. Then mix in the sweet cream and enjoy! Tip: mix the cream in just before serving. Mixing it in too early can make it runny.
Steps to make Creamy Fruit Salad: Cut the fruit and then mix in the sweet cream.
