Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso 2 oz total
  • 1 cup eggnog store-bought ( I love Darigold)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Ground nutmeg or cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew 2 shots of espresso into a large mug.
  • Combine the eggnog and whole milk. Froth the mixture using your espresso machine, or warm it in a saucepan until it reaches 160°F.
  • Pour the hot eggnog–milk mixture over the espresso, then top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
    Steps to make Eggnog Latte: make the espresso, froth the milk and eggnog together, then combine.
