6 mini croissants 6 Tbsp spreadable cream cheese 6 oz smoked salmon lox 1/3 cup English cucumber sliced Fresh dill sprigs for garnish optional
Slice each mini croissant in half horizontally. Lightly toast them if you prefer a bit of crunch.
Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese on the inner halves of each croissant slice.
Place a few slices of smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
Lay 2–3 thin slices of cucumber on top of the salmon.
