Ingredients

  • 6 mini croissants
  • 6 Tbsp spreadable cream cheese
  • 6 oz smoked salmon lox
  • 1/3 cup English cucumber sliced
  • Fresh dill sprigs for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Slice each mini croissant in half horizontally. Lightly toast them if you prefer a bit of crunch.
  • Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese on the inner halves of each croissant slice.
  • Place a few slices of smoked salmon over the cream cheese.
  • Lay 2–3 thin slices of cucumber on top of the salmon.
  • Place the top half of the croissant over the filling.
    Steps to make a Smoked Salmon Sandwich: spread cream cheese on both sides of the croissant, then top it with smoked salmon and cucumber slices, then put the other croissant half on top.
